This single gate latch fits on tube gates and makes getting in and out of your gates a snap! The included post can be adjusted for use on any wooden corner post, even if it is crooked. Simply roll the curved edge on the wooden surface until the post sits level, and then adjust your lag bolt tension to hold it in place. The extendable arm on the latch can cover a gap up to 12 inches! Many single gate latches have complicated mechanisms or springs that can break or they only work on a straight corner post and require an exact distance to function properly. These latches are sold as a set. One latch (with a hasp) rests on the horizontal pipe, second from the top and the other latch rests on the opposite gate's horizontal pipe (third from the bottom). The unique design keeps your gates straight and holds them secure. Use the included pin that snaps into place, or add a padlock for extra security. No more gates being left open from loose chains or broken bailing wire.
