Once we receive your refund request, we will process your refund request. If approved, you will receive an email with return instructions. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee that will charged at the time of refund. Refunds are processed as soon as products are received and are inspected with no damage found. Once refunds are processed, funds will be deposited back to customer account within 3-5 business days.
